As a Technical Content Writing Intern, you’ll create clear, accurate, and engaging content that explains complex software products, development processes, and cutting-edge technologies. You’ll work closely with our engineering and product teams to translate technical concepts into userfriendly articles, guides, and marketing collateral.

• Blog Posts & Articles
Research and write in-depth blog posts on software development topics (e.g., programming
languages, frameworks, DevOps practices, Industry 4.0 trends).

• Website & Landing Pages
Collaborate with marketing to produce product overviews, feature pages, and case studies
that highlight technical value.

• Social Media & Newsletters
Develop tech-focused posts and email content that showcase our expertise and thought
leadership.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with website team, designers, developers, QA engineers, and product managers to
gather information, review drafts, and validate accuracy.

• Content Review & Maintenance
Update existing documentation and marketing copy to reflect new features, best practices,
and evolving industry standards.

• Technical Documentation & Guides
Draft and maintain user manuals, API documentation, integration guides, and release notes.

• Fresh graduates or current student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
Information Technology, Technical Communication, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with impeccable attention to
detail.
• Familiarity with software development concepts and terminology (e.g., REST APIs, CI/CD,
object-oriented programming).
• Hands-on exposure to at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
through coursework or projects.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and translate them into clear, concise copy.

• Analytical thinker who can break down complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
• Self-driven and organized, with the ability to manage multiple writing projects and meet deadlines.
• Curious learner with a passion for the software industry and emerging technologies.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to seek feedback from technical stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience writing for real-world software products and services.
• Mentorship from senior engineers, product managers, and marketing professionals.
• Insight into the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
