Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer to join our fast-growing development team. The ideal candidate must have solid hands-on experience in C#, MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js), and PHP. You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions for diverse client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle from planning and design to deployment and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to technical standards.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and frameworks relevant to our tech stack.

Required Technical Skills

• C# : Strong backend development experience including RESTful APIs and integration services.
• MERN Stack: Proficient in full-stack development using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• PHP: Experience with custom PHP development or frameworks like Laravel/CodeIgniter.
• Proficient in working with relational and non-relational databases.
• Version control systems like Git.
