Brand & Content Co-ordinator Lead

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a highly experienced Brand & Content Coordinator Lead to elevate our brand voice and drive high-quality content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strategic mindset, hands-on content creation skills, and proven experience in B2B brand storytelling, preferably within the tech or IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage brand communication across web, social media, email, and internal
    touchpoints
  • Strategize and develop high-performing content calendars, messaging guidelines, and
    brand tone consistency
  • Draft, edit, and review content including blogs, case studies, social campaigns,
    newsletters, and web copy
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and HR to align content with business goals
  • Monitor performance of content and brand assets using analytics tools and report
    insights
  • Contribute to employer branding, corporate decks, and client-facing brand material

Eligibility & Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in branding, content strategy, or digital marketing (preferably in
    tech)
  • Strong command over English – written and verbal
  • Portfolio of blog articles, social media campaigns, brand decks, or website content
  • Hands-on experience with content tools (Google Workspace, Canva, Grammarly,
    WordPress)
  • Strong organizational skills, creativity, and stakeholder communication abilities

Salary / Stipend (Part-Time Range Based on Industry Standards)

  • Monthly Part-Time Compensation: ₹20,000 to ₹22,000/month (for 20–25 hours/week)
  • Work from Office mandatory – candidate must report to the office whenever required.
